Established in 2006 - Our locally owned, fast-casual cafe and bakery has been serving locals and visitors of Portsmouth’s charming Market Square for almost two decades. Our menu features breakfast, seasonal salads, sandwiches, gluten-free options, and of course- delicious popovers stuffed with all types of yum. Our bar serves local beer, wine & cocktails and our pastry case is filled with cakes and desserts daily.

Popovers joined the Epping community in 2013 and have become a local gathering ground for our Brickyard neighborhood. We are a locally owned full service restaurant and serve brunch, lunch and dinner daily. Our pastry case is stocked with freshly baked desserts and cakes, you can always count on a fresh cup of coffee, plenty of gluten-free options, and of course- delicious popovers stuffed with everything yum.

Kay’s Cafe offers a fast-casual breakfast menu daily until 12pm. From breakfast sandwiches and scrambles to popovers and bagels- there are plenty of options to satisfy time constraints around breakfast without compromising quality.

Pease Golf Course, located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, has a rich history that spans several decades. Originally established in the early 1900s, the land served as an airstrip during World War II, known as Portsmouth Airfield. After the war, the airstrip was converted into an 18-hole golf course, making it one of the few courses in the country built on a former military base. Over the years, Pease Golf Course has evolved into a beloved community destination, offering a picturesque layout, and stunning views. In 2011, John Tinios- owner of Tinios Hospitality Group- took over the food and beverage operations at Pease Golf Course and created Grill 28. What had once been known as a hot dog stop for golfers quickly transformed into a full-service restaurant and bar with indoor & outdoor dining.
Since 2011, Grill 28 has become a favorite restaurant to locals, a bustling lunch spot for pease employees, an entertainment hot-spot and a highly sought after event venue with on-site catering.
