Fulcrum Associates is an award-winning construction management firm founded in 1989 during a real estate and banking crisis. At the time, construction work was non-existent, so we focused on providing consulting services for banks with distressed real estate assets. Thanks to that experience, we have a deep understanding of the real costs of buildings and real estate, and as the market steadily rebounded, Fulcrum persevered back to our original goal; to become a major player in the regional construction industry. From our office in Amherst, New Hampshire, we work across a variety of client sectors throughout New England.
