HearthWell Recovery is a structured outpatient addiction treatment center in Dover, New Hampshire, built on a simple belief: recovery works best when the whole path holds together. We bring clinical care, real-life stability, and a credentialed local team into one coordinated place — so people can rebuild their lives without falling through the gaps between one stage of recovery and the next.

We do this through two levels of outpatient care: our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

The Center for Safer Communities's mission is to enhance the safety and well-being of victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and stalking through empowerment and advocacy; to create a community responsive to all victims and survivors through education, outreach and accountability; and to empower the community to establish a safer culture.

The Hannah Grimes Center cultivates rural economies of shared vitality by providing education and support for essential, locally-rooted endeavors, sharing resources, and building engaged networks.

We offer a wide array of programs that include both Mental Health and Substance Use Programs.

Services for the following:

A morning PHP program that is a (5) day program from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

An Evening Intensive Outpatient Program that is four days a week (Mon thru Thurs) from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Lori Eaton is a Board Certified - Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Tamworth Community Nurse Association (TCNA) was founded in 1921 to ensure no one in the town of Tamworth would go without healthcare due to financial difficulties or the lack of access to the healthcare system. We are one of a kind; the only free skilled nursing service in the country. As an independent, locally controlled nonprofit organization, we respond with speed and sensitivity to local conditions and individual needs, providing a wide range of skilled nursing-related services to residents of all ages. ​

We are a MAT/MAR-friendly, 12-step-based program supporting personal accountability in a family atmosphere.

Founded in 2017 in the midst of our state’s opioid crises, it is our goal to provide a safe, ethically run, structured, and supportive environment for our residents to thrive in their recovery.  Our homes maintain Level 3 certification with the New Hampshire Coalition of Recovery Residences and inclusion on the State of New Hampshire’s registry of approved recovery homes.  Since 2017, we have grown to 7 locations, 4 for men and 3 for women.

Over the years, we have built a strong alumni population that continues to support the residents long after they have transitioned from the home.  We know from experience that unity is the antithesis of active addiction.
