After their initial Designation, businesses must complete the additional required components that are detailed in the RFW checklist.
Businesses are often interested in further building out their RFW cultures, so we have compiled some ideas on next steps you can take after your initial Designation.
One year after your initial Designation, you will go through a Designation Renewal process with your Recovery Friendly Advisor. During this time, you will look at how you met the required components of the RFW checklist, as well as set goals for what you would like to work on in the upcoming year. The process of meeting required checklist components and doing a Designation Renewal then repeats once a year.
