The Initial Steps

  • Submit your Letter of Intent

    Submit your Letter of Intent

    Fill out RFW's Letter of Intent form to express your interest in participating in the initiative. It takes less than 5 minutes, and a representative will follow up shortly after. As soon as your form has been processed, you will start receiving access to exclusive RFW offerings, such as trainings.

    Meet your Advisor & receive orientation

    A Recovery Friendly Advisor will be assigned to help you meet the requirements of being an RFW. First, they will provide an orientation to the program, and then they will guide you through next steps in the process.

    Make your Declaration

    Let your employees know that your workplace is participating in RFW to challenge stigma, reduce barriers, and provide support to those impacted by SUD.

  • Training

    Complete RFW Foundations training

    Learn a little more about SUD, stigma, accessing resources, and supportive conversations to give you some additional tools in your RFW journey.

  • Governor Ayotte

    Receive initial Designation

    The Governor’s Office will officially designate you as a Recovery Friendly Workplace. You will also receive recognition across RFW's socials, access to RFW's logo and other branded assets, additional connections to/information on partners as make sense, and help from your Advisor around next steps and maintaining your Designation.
