Through Liberty Counseling aims to make mental health services more holistic, more integrative, and less run-of-the-mill. Emotional wellness is an incredibly important piece of a person's overall wellness picture, but it does not live in a vacuum. There are many domains of wellness, including physical, social, spiritual and financial, that have an interconnected relationship with your mental health and emotional wellness.
