Program Director
Recovery Friendly Workplace is an initiative of Governor Kelly Ayotte and is administered by Granite United Way. Our Senior Director oversees the overall strategic direction of the initiative, our Assistant Director manages our four Recovery Friendly Advisors, and together, they work on connecting mission-driven goals with day-to-day operations. Our Director of Workforce Development works to strengthen New Hampshire's workforce development landscape and facilitate connections between employers and job seekers in recovery. Together, our Directors also tackle a variety of projects that help advance the mission of RFW.
Our Recovery Friendly Advisors are the lifeblood of our work. They work 1:1 with businesses and act as concierges to the community, connecting businesses to the resources they need in order to implement successful RFW cultures.
The Advisory Council is a group of diverse business leaders and content experts who provide valuable guidance to the initiative.
