The team behind the mission

The people at the heart of Recovery Friendly Workplace are dedicated to helping employers and those in recovery find care and community.

Recovery Friendly Workplace

Leadership

Recovery Friendly Workplace is an initiative of Governor Kelly Ayotte and is administered by Granite United Way. Our Senior Director oversees the overall strategic direction of the initiative, our Assistant Director manages our four Recovery Friendly Advisors, and together, they work on connecting mission-driven goals with day-to-day operations. Our Director of Workforce Development works to strengthen New Hampshire's workforce development landscape and facilitate connections between employers and job seekers in recovery. Together, our Directors also tackle a variety of projects that help advance the mission of RFW.
